Join Chicano music expert and co-author of the book Land of a Thousand Dances: Chicano Rock 'n' Roll from Southern California, David Reyes and members of the pioneer Chicano rock band The Premiers (Farmer John) for this special presentation on the history of the Eastside Sound and Chicano Rock and Roll.
David Reyes will present rare photos, videos, music and stories. Invited guests include Lawrence Perez, John Perez and George Delgado from The Premiers and Max Uballez from The Romancers.
